Welcome To Maitri Vidya Niketan

Maitri Vidya Niketan Bhilai was established in 1988 under the aegis of Maitri Educational & Cultural Association founded by Shri K Sudhakaran, educationist, writer and social activist.

It is a full-fledged Senior Secondary School with Maths, Biology, Commerce and Arts group. It is a Co-educational School affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.

We aim to train children to become worthy citizens of India by inculcating the sense of duty and discipline by imparting scientific, social, moral and physical education under the principle of secularism. To develop an attitude of positive response to the demands of a challenging society, yet firmly upholding the belief in our basic values and standards and develop among our students a feeling of pride in Indian culture. A part from academic excellence, equal stress will be laid on character building.
